The T5 13W G5 Fluorescent Lamp is a compact linear fluorescent tube designed for smaller luminaires where a slim lamp profile and efficient, evenly distributed illumination are required.
Its T5 tubular construction measures approximately 16mm in diameter, considerably slimmer than traditional T8 fluorescent tubes, while the G5 bi-pin base provides connection to compatible miniature fluorescent lamp holders. Radiant specifies the RLF46 at 13W, 4000K and approximately 740 lumens.
Unlike a conventional incandescent lamp, the fluorescent tube requires compatible fluorescent control gear to regulate the electrical current. It should therefore only be installed in a fitting specifically designed for the correct T5 lamp type and wattage.
